9. Environmental Monitoring Report (ماحولیاتی نگرانی رپورٹ):

(1) ایک Environmental Monitoring Report (ماحولیاتی نگرانی رپورٹ) تین حصوں پر مشتمل ہوگی:

  • Liquid Effluents Monitoring Report (سیال فضلہ نگرانی رپورٹ)،

(3) Gaseous Emissions Report (گیسی اخراج رپورٹ) میں وہ priority parameters (ترجیحی عوامل) شامل ہوں گے جو Schedule VII (شیڈول VII) میں درج ہیں، اور اس میں ہر دو (2) سال بعد تمام gaseous emissions (گیسی اخراجات) کی metal analysis (دھاتوں کا تجزیہ) بھی شامل کیا جائے گا۔

10. Sampling, Testing and Analysis (نمونہ لینا، جانچ اور تجزیہ):

Effluents (سیال فضلہ)، Gaseous Emissions (گیسی اخراجات) اور Waste (فضلہ) کے نمونے لینے، جانچ اور تجزیہ کے تمام مراحل Environmental Samples Rules, 2001 (ماحولیاتی نمونے کے قواعد 2001) کے مطابق انجام دیے جائیں گے۔
