اگر کسی Forecast (پیش گوئی) یا Actual Smog Event (حقیقی اسموگ واقعہ) کا امکان یا وقوع ہو،
تو فوری Advisories (ہدایات) درج ذیل انداز میں جاری کی جائیں گی:

(A) Environment Protection Department (ماحولیاتی تحفظ محکمہ)

یہ محکمہ تمام متعلقہ محکموں کو Air Quality Index (AQI) (ہوا کے معیار کے اشاریے)،
خصوصاً PM2.5 اور دیگر پیمانوں کی بنیاد پر Advisory (ہدایت) جاری کرے گا۔

(B) Primary and Secondary Health Care Departments (ابتدائی و ثانوی صحت کے محکمے)

یہ محکمے Health Advisory (صحت سے متعلق ہدایت) جاری کریں گے اور اسے زیادہ سے زیادہ عام کریں گے،
جس کے لیے Paper (کاغذی)، Electronic (الیکٹرانک) اور Social Media (سوشل میڈیا) کے ذرائع استعمال کیے جائیں گے۔

(C) Additional Inspector General of Traffic (اضافی انسپکٹر جنرل ٹریفک)

یہ ادارہ سڑکوں کے استعمال سے متعلق ہدایات جاری کرے گا،
جن میں متوقع یا موجودہ Visibility Levels (نظر آنے کی سطح) اور ان کے Safe Road Use (سڑک کے محفوظ استعمال) پر اثرات واضح کیے جائیں گے۔

اگر صورتحال اس حد تک سنگین ہو جائے،
تو متاثرہ اضلاع میں اسکولوں اور عوامی مقامات پر Masks (ماسک) تقسیم کیے جائیں گے،
