1. Qualification

• Law Graduate from a recognized university.
• Two years legal practice required.

NOTE-I (For Experience)

Candidates must submit the following at the time of interview:

1. Experience Certificate (original) showing exact dates and complete information,
• Issued by President District Bar Association,
• Countersigned with rubber stamp of District & Sessions Judge / Addl. District & Sessions Judge concerned.
2. Enrollment Certificate as an Advocate issued by Punjab Bar Council.
3. Only practical experience is acceptable.

2. Physical Standards

For Male

• Height: 5 feet 5 inches
• Chest: 32″ – 33.5″

For Female

• Height: 5 feet 2 inches

3. Visual Standards (Both Male & Female)

• Distant Vision: 6/9 in each eye (with or without glasses)
• Near Vision: Not less than J-1

4. Gender

• Male, Female, Transgender

5. Domicile

• Punjab

6. Place of Posting

• Anywhere in Punjab

7. Age Limit

For General Candidates

• 18 to 32 years

For In-Service Candidates (Punjab Police Department)

• 18 to 45 years

Special Conditions for In-Service Candidates

1. Two years of legal practice not required.
2. Must have completed five years of service in Punjab Police after Law Graduation.

8. Cut-Off Date

• Age will be determined as on 1 January 2025.
• All other eligibility conditions must be fulfilled on or before the closing date of applications.

Candidates must produce original certificates at the time of Psychological Assessment and Interview to verify claims.

9. Written Examination / Test Structure

A Graduate / Law Graduate level exam consisting of the following:
