قاعدہ 9 – Cancellation of Approval (منظوری ختم کرنا)

(1) اگر Committee (کمیٹی) کو لگے کہ:
• Approval (منظوری) کی شرائط پوری نہیں ہوئیں، یا
• Proponent (درخواست دہندہ) نے غلط Information (معلومات) دی ہیں،
تو Committee ایک Show-Cause Notice (وضاحت کا نوٹس) دے گی تاکہ Proponent بتائے کہ اس کی Approval کیوں ختم نہ کی جائے۔

(2) Proponent کے پاس 15 دن ہوں گے جواب دینے کے لیے۔
اگر جواب نہ دیا گیا یا اطمینان بخش نہ ہو، تو Committee، Hearing (سماعت) کے بعد:
(a) Proponent کو حکم دے سکتی ہے کہ وہ مقررہ وقت میں غلطیاں درست کرے، یا
(b) Approval (منظوری) ختم کر سکتی ہے۔

(3) اگر Approval ختم ہو جائے، تو Proponent کو فوراً Project (منصوبے) کی Construction (تعمیر) یا Operation (چلانا) بند کرنا ہوگا۔

(4) اس کے علاوہ، Proponent کے خلاف مزید قانونی (Legal) کارروائی بھی کی جا سکتی ہے۔

قاعدہ 10 – Register of Projects (منصوبوں کا ریکارڈ)

(1) Notified Officer (نامزد افسر) ایک Register (رجسٹر) رکھے گا جس میں سب Projects (منصوبے) درج ہوں گے جن کی Environmental Assessment (ماحولیاتی جانچ) موصول ہوئی ہے۔

(2) Notified Officer ہر مہینے یہ ریکارڈ Agency (ایجنسی) کو بھیجے گا۔

قاعدہ 11 – Other Approvals (دیگر منظوریوں کی ضرورت)

Proponent (درخواست دہندہ) کو ان Rules (قواعد) کے علاوہ، دوسرے Laws (قوانین) کے تحت بھی منظوری یا اجازت (Approval/Consent) حاصل کرنی ہوگی۔

قاعدہ 12 – Powers of the Agency (ایجنسی کے اختیارات)

(1) Agency (ایجنسی) کسی بھی Schedule-I کے Project (منصوبے) کو Environmental Approval (ماحولیاتی منظوری) دے سکتی ہے۔
اگر ضرورت ہو تو Agency، Proponent کو سننے کے بعد:
(a) مزید Conditions (شرائط) لگا سکتی ہے؛ یا
(b) Approval ختم کر سکتی ہے۔

(2) Agency خود Approved Projects (منظور شدہ منصوبوں) کی Monitoring (نگرانی) کر سکتی ہے۔

قاعدہ 12(3) – Record Inspection (ریکارڈ دیکھنا)

(3) Secretary (سیکرٹری) اور Agency، وقتاً فوقتاً Environmental Approvals (ماحولیاتی منظوریوں) کا ریکارڈ دیکھ یا چیک کر سکتے ہیں۔
