1. First Impression Guess
Often, your initial click in mind is correct.
Example:
Q#6 Which is the capital of France?
(A) London
(B) Berlin
(C) Paris – Correct
(D) Rome

2. Elimination Method
Remove clearly wrong choices to improve guessing odds.
Example:
Q# Who is the founder of Pakistan?

(A) Allama Iqbal
(B) Jawaharlal Nehru – clearly wrong
(C) Muhammad Ali Jinnah
(D) Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel – clearly wrong

 

3. Longest/Shortest Option Bias 
The longest or most detailed option is often correct.
Example:
Q# What is one major health benefit of eating bananas?
(A) They improve digestion due to their fiber content. – Correct
(B) They contain no nutrients.
(C) They cause dehydration.
(D) They help in curing infection.

4. “All of the Above” 
If two or more options seem correct, “All of the Above” is likely.

Example:
Q# Who loves Pakistan?

(A) Allama Iqbal
(B) Muhammad Ali Jinnah
(C) Gandhi
(D) All of the Above – Correct

 

5. “None of the Above”
If two or more options seem incorrect, “None of the Above” is likely.
Example:
Q# Who does not loves Pakistan?
(A) Allama Iqbal
(B) Muhammad Ali Jinnah
(C) Sir Syed Ahmad khan
(D) None of the Above – Correct

6. Extreme Option Avoidance
Answers with absolute words like “always,” “never,” or “must” are often wrong.
Example:
Q# Water is always in which state?
(A) Solid
(B) Liquid
(C) Gas
(D) None of the above – Correct (Because water can exist in all three states.)

7. Repetition of Words in Options
If a word appears in both the question and an answer choice, it might be correct.
Example:
Q# Photosynthesis occurs in which organelle?
(A) Mitochondria
(B) Ribosome
(C) Chloroplast – Correct because(“Photosynthesis” and “Chloro-” both relate to plants.)
(D) Nucleus

8. Odd-One-Out Technique
If one option is very different from the others, it may be correct.
Example:
Q# Which of these is not a fruit?
(A) Apple
(B) Banana
(C) Potato – Correct
(D) Mango
