POST: Assistant Professor Paediatric Neurosurgery (BS-18)

Nature of Appointment: On Regular Basis
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
a) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) / Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC).
b) Registered with PMDC / PMC.
c) Postgraduate Qualification:
i) FCPS / MS / FRCS / Diplomat American Board in Paediatric Neurosurgery or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC.
OR
ii) FCPS / MS / FRCS / Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC in Paediatric Surgery / General Surgery, with one year post-graduation experience in Paediatric Neurosurgery in an institution recognized by PMDC/PMC.
OR
iii) FCPS / MS / FRCS / Diplomat American Board or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC/PMC & Govt. of the Punjab in Neurosurgery, with one year post-graduation experience in Paediatric Neurosurgery in an institution recognized by PMDC/PMC.
d) Three years’ experience after post-graduation in Paediatric Neurosurgery in an institution recognized by PMDC/PMC.
NOTE:
i) Only Practical / Teaching Experience obtained after the prescribed qualification shall be considered.
ii) A valid (full) permanent registration certificate from PMDC / PMC, showing the postgraduate qualification issued on or before the closing date, is mandatory.
iii) Applicants must submit a hard copy of their online application form along with two photocopy sets of all relevant documents and valid experience certificates in the relevant field within 07 working days after the closing date, failing which their applications will be rejected. No further communication will be entertained in this regard.
