Prescribed Qualification/Skills:
i) Higher Secondary School Certificate (Second Division) from a recognized Board.
ii) Speed of 25 words per minute in English typing on Computer.
iii) Proficient in Microsoft Office or any other compatible office application.
iv) Sufficient knowledge of Urdu typing with a speed of 25 words per minute.
Written Test:
One paper MCQ-type Written Test of 100 Marks and 90 minutes duration.
Syllabus:
i) General Ability — 80%
General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Current Affairs, Islamic Studies (General Knowledge for Non-Muslim candidates), Geography, Basic Mathematics, English, Urdu and Everyday Science.
ii) MS Office and Computer Skills — 20%
Typing & Proficiency Test:
i) Only candidates who pass the Written Test will be called for English Typing Test and Proficiency Test at the ratio of 1:20.
ii) Candidates who pass the English Typing Test and Proficiency Test will also be called for Urdu Typing Test on Computer.
