9. PRESCRIBED QUALIFICATION
Candidates must fulfill either of the following:
Option 1 — Agricultural Engineering
B.Sc. Agricultural Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with at least Second Division or equivalent.
AND
Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
OR
Option 2 — Civil / Mechanical Engineering
B.Sc. Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university, with at least Second Division or equivalent.
AND
Registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
