(5) آزاد اراکین حکومت کی خوشنودی کے دوران تین سال کے لیے مقرر ہوں گے۔
(6) آزاد رکن کسی بھی وقت استعفیٰ دے سکتا ہے، بشرطیکہ حکومت کو ایک ماہ کا نوٹس دیا جائے۔
