(۱) مختصر عنوان (Short Title)
اس قانون کو “دی پنجاب انفورسمنٹ اینڈ ریگولیشن ایکٹ، 2024” (The Punjab Enforcement and Regulation Act, 2024) کہا جائے گا۔
(۲) دائرۂ اطلاق (Extent)
یہ قانون پورے صوبۂ پنجاب (Whole of the Punjab) تک نافذ العمل ہوگا۔
(۳) نفاذ اور اطلاق (Commencement and Application)
یہ قانون اس تاریخ سے نافذ العمل ہوگا اور اس علاقے پر لاگو ہوگا جو حکومت (Government) بذریعہ نوٹیفکیشن (Notification) سرکاری گزٹ (Official Gazette) میں متعین کرے۔
