134۔ حکم کی تعمیل یا اطلاع (Service or notification of order)

(1) اگر ممکن ہو، تو وہ حکم جس شخص کے خلاف جاری کیا گیا ہے، اسے سمن (summons) کی تعمیل کے طریقے (manner provided for service of a summons) کے مطابق دیا جائے گا۔

(2) اگر ایسا حکم اس طریقے سے دیا نہ جا سکے، تو اسے ایک اعلامیہ (proclamation) کے ذریعے شائع کیا جائے گا، جسے ایسے طریقے سے شائع کیا جائے گا جیسا کہ صوبائی حکومت (Provincial Government) قواعد (rules) کے ذریعے مقرر کرے۔
اور اس حکم کی ایک نقل (copy) ایسے مقام یا مقامات پر چسپاں (stuck up) کی جائے گی جو اس شخص کو اطلاع پہنچانے کے لیے موزوں ترین (fittest) ہوں۔
