• Qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (2nd division) or equivalent from a recognized board
• Skills & Experience:
  • English shorthand speed: 70 words per minute
  • Typing speed on computer: 35 words per minute
  • Computer literate (MS Office)

4. Syllabus / Selection Test

• Step 1: English shorthand test (70 w.p.m)
• Step 2: English typing test on computer (35 w.p.m) — only for candidates who pass shorthand test
