i) Ph.D. in Agricultural Engineering from a recognized university with at least 2 years post-qualification experience.
OR
ii) M.Sc. / M.Sc. (Hons.) (at least 2nd Division) in Agricultural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university with at least 5 years post-qualification experience.

Note:

Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) is mandatory.
Only practical experience acquired after the prescribed qualification will be considered.
Experience in private entities will be accepted only if such entities are registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.
