Nature of Appointment: On Regular Basis
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
a) MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by the Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) / Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC)
AND
FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board in the respective specialty or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC / PMDC.
If none is available with the above qualifications, then:
MBBS or equivalent medical qualification from an institute or university recognized by PMC / PMDC, and
FCPS / MS / FRCS / MRCP / MD / Diplomat of American Board (in General Surgery or Medicine, whichever is relevant to the specialty) or equivalent qualification recognized by PMC / PMDC, with three (03) years post-graduation practical experience in the respective specialty from a recognized institution.
b) Five (05) years’ teaching experience as Assistant Professor in the respective specialty in a recognized institution, with three (03) research papers published in a standard medical journal while working as Assistant Professor.
