Post Title: Assistant Professor Paediatric Intensive Care

No. of Posts: 03 (Open Merit = 02, Women Quota = 01)
Nature of Post: On Regular Basis
Qualification & Experience:
i) MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PMDC) / Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC);
ii) Registered with the PMDC / PMC; and
iii) FCPS, MD, CCT, Diplomat American Board in Paediatric Critical Care Medicine or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC / PMC.
If no candidate is available with the above qualifications, then:
FCPS (Paediatrics), MD (Paediatrics), MRCPCH, Diplomat American Board of Paediatrics or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC / PMC with four years’ experience in Paediatric Intensive Care after post-graduation in Paediatrics, including completion of training in Paediatric Critical Care Medicine accredited by a National Body (CPSP or University) or an international Body from an institute recognized by the PMDC / PMC.
If still no candidate is available, then:
FCPS (Paediatrics), MD (Paediatrics), MRCPCH, Diplomat American Board of Paediatrics or equivalent qualification recognized by the PMDC / PMC with four years’ experience in Paediatric Intensive Care after post-graduation in Paediatrics from an institute recognized by the PMDC / PMC.
Note:
Only practical experience after the prescribed qualification shall be considered.
Valid (full) Permanent Registration Certificate from the PMDC / PMC showing post-graduate qualification issued on or before the closing date is mandatory.

Male: 25 to 45 + 5 = 50 years
Female: 25 to 45 + 8 = 53 years
